Do you have a store location?
No. We sell directly to retailers that meet the wholesale qualifications only, and we do not have a store front.
Where can I buy your pottery?
Our pottery is available at a number of retail locations. To find locations, visit the “Find Retailers” button on the top right hand corner of our home page.
How do I open a wholesale account?
Wholesale inquiries can be made by completing the form in “contact us” link found on our homepage, or you can contact Michael Singletary directly by phone at (662) 832-7785 or by email at mpsingletary@ymail.com.
Who is eligible to open a wholesale account?
Retailers who can provide a copy of their re-sale certificate are eligible to open a wholesale account.
Do you offer zip code exclusivity?
Yes! We will only open one account per zip code, as long as the retailer maintains any “active” status. To maintain “active” status, each retailer is required to place at least one restock order every 3-4 months. If no orders are placed within this time, the account will be considered “inactive”. “Inactive” accounts may still re-order (and re-activate their account) as long as another retailer has not been added in their zip code.
Also, due to zip code exclusivity, we do not allow our pottery to be sold on Amazon, eBay, or Facebook marketplace as a primary source of selling. Selling on your personal website or social media account is permitted.
What are your minimum orders for wholesale accounts?
The minimum for opening orders is $1,500.00. Minimums for quarterly restock orders is $500. A 50% deposit is required when placing an order and is non-refundable. These minimums are subject to change.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes! If you have a specific item you are interested in that is not shown in our item list, reach out and we can discuss the possibility of a special order. There is no guarantee that we can make the request, but we will attempt to accommodate if possible.
Do you always make every item listed in the “our pottery” section?
While those are the most frequent items we make, there are times that items will become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ve all heard the old saying about “breaking the mold”, and that sadly can sometimes be reality in pottery making.
